python3-gpgme software package provides python wrapper for the GPGME library (Python 3), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python3-gpgme
python3-gpgme is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python3-gpgme package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python3-gpgme *
You will get with python3-gpgme package name, version, architecture and description in a table
